Privacy policy
This policy explains how AutoGyro Poland sp. z o.o. processes personal data in connection with the use of autogyropoland.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is AutoGyro Poland sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Elżbiety Drużbackiej 92, 30-699 Kraków, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001189120, NIP (Tax ID) 6793339008, REGON 542470111.
Contact on data protection matters: office@autogyropoland.com or by post to the registered office.
2. What data we process and why
Enquiries and correspondence. When you send an enquiry through the form, email us or call us, we process the data you provide: your name, email address and — if provided — phone number, company or organisation, selected model and message. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and continue the related correspondence.
Where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract (e.g. buying a gyroplane), the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases the basis is our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply to a form enquiry without an email address.
Marketing communications. If you tick the marketing consent box in the form, we will send you news, event invitations and offers from AutoGyro Poland by email or phone. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Consent is voluntary — we will answer your enquiry in the same way without it.
Server logs. The hosting server automatically records technical connection data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). This is used only to ensure the security and proper operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies or any third-party tracking or analytics tools. We do not embed maps, videos or social media plugins — the links to Facebook and LinkedIn are plain links that send no data until you click them.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared only with providers of hosting, email, IT support and website maintenance services, to the extent necessary to provide those services and under a data processing agreement.
If your enquiry concerns ordering a gyroplane, we may share the data needed to prepare an offer, configure the aircraft or fulfil the order with the manufacturer, AutoGyro GmbH (Hildesheim, Germany). The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
5. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to reply and continue the correspondence, and then for no longer than 12 months after the last contact — unless a contract is concluded, in which case we keep it for the period required by law (including tax law) and the limitation period for claims. Data used for marketing communications is kept until you withdraw your consent. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
6. Your rights
In the cases and on the terms set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access your data (including receiving a copy), to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability.
Where processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), you also have the right to object to it. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by writing to the address below; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
To exercise these rights, write to office@autogyropoland.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
We do not make automated decisions or profile users.
7. Changes
We may update this policy, for example due to changes in the law or in the website's features. The current version is always available on this page.
